“Beautiful setting. Good food. Chilled out atmosphere. The Pilates classes were excellent! It was great
to learn more about Pilates and I loved how they progressed each day so I could feel myself getting stronger. It was lovely to be able to do Pilates outside when the sun wasn’t too strong. I really enjoyed trying the different meditation techniques and seeing what worked for each person. I loved this retreat with Sarah and Dalia! It was very relaxing, with a lovely bunch of people and a chilled out vibe.”

“The meditation sessions were so well led that I forgot to be scared of stepping into the unknown and I found an inner peace I have not known before. The Pilates sessions were beautifully structured and took into account the various aches, pains and limitations of the group and there was humour along the way. Our meals were delicious and it was obvious that a lot of love and care had gone into preparing them for us. I have come away from this retreat with a new perspective. “The October 2014 Cyprus I love Pilates retreat was amazing! From my very first contact with Sarah and Dalia they were super lovely, kind and helpful and that carried on throughout the whole trip and beyond. They looked after us from start to finish, organising everything so that we were able to just relax and enjoy. The resort was in a great location right on the sea, and we practised Pilates whilst listening to the waves. As well as relaxing at the resort, we got to explore Cyprus a little – we all went out for an amazing dinner one night in the beautiful village of Bella Pais and also explored Kyrenia during the day. We had a great group and a lot of fun. And all of this and I’d never even done pilates before!”    Kat, Oct 2014
