TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings

  • Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation from us. Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation before you attend a class. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by phone or e-mail.
  • All classes are offered by us subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability at any time.
  • Bookings can be made via the online booking system, through an e-mail to info@ilovepilates.org.uk or over the phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly.

Payments

  • Payment for your class, private lesson, course or workshop can be made by credit card or debit card. Payments can be made online or over the phone.
  • Payments must be made prior to all private lessons and classes.
  • Payments made cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • 12 hours notice is required to cancel or change any class booking, or the full fee will be charged.
  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change any private lesson, course or workshop or the full fee will be charged.
Group Classes
  • All group classes are 1 hour long.
  • Class sizes are limited to ensure the best results for all participants.
  • Payments must be made prior to classes.
  • Beginners are welcome to all classes, though we highly recommend starting with a beginner class.
  • Clients with an injury or illness may be required to do a private Pilates introduction before joining a class. Please enquire if this is you.

Private Lessons

  • Private lessons require at least 24 hours notice to arrange booking.
  • Private lessons must be used within the following times, from the date of purchase: 1 lesson: within 1 month, 5 lessons: within 3 months, 10 lessons: within 6 months.
  • Private matwork lessons take place in the client’s home or place of work, as arranged.

Lateness Policy

  • I Love Pilates operates a policy which prevents you taking part in a class if you are more than 10 minutes late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the class.

This, and our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information, may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy.   • Anticipate and resolve problems with any services supplied to you

We need to collect and process personal information about you (including your name, a user name, gender, birth date, and, in connection with your password, an answer to a question that only you would know). Certain information is collected automatically, as described later in this Privacy Policy.

Although we do not make it compulsory to give us every item of information we ask for, the more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we can tailor our services for you.

At I Love Pilates Ltd we don’t share your data with any third party other than those utilised to service our business.

We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites even if you access them using links from our website and recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit.

Log files/IP addresses

When you visit our site, we may automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our website and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Non personal information

We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our website. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our site. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our website with information relating to the number of users linking to our website from their websites. You cannot be identified from this information.

We may store some information (commonly known as a cookie) on your computer when you look at our website. This information facilitates your use of our Sites and helps us to provide you with the best level of service.
