Price scheme:

Pilates Allstars - for our superstars who are there every week - 8 classes in 8 weeks - £80 (£10 per class)
Pilates Regulars - when you need more flexibility - 5 classes in 8 weeks - £55 (£11 per class)
Pilates Freestylers - when you just can't plan ahead - £12 (drop - in)
Pilates Course - £60 for 6 classes

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfers. Booking is still essential to ensure your space. Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours in advance

Corporate Classes

The human body was not designed to spend long hours sitting in front of the computer. Sitting for long hours contributes to postural problems, back aches and stiff joints. So it's not surprising that the two main reasons for sick days in the UK are due to musculoskeletal problems and stress.

A Corporate class is designed to suit office workers specific needs.
Incorporate a Pilates class before, during or after the work day to ensure your staff's well being.

The Postural Flute: Set Your Spine Free

When we look at little kids and animals, we see the grace of a movement that flows through the body. As we get older we tend to lose this instinctual elasticity, which in turn leads to pain and restriction in movement.
In this workshop we will deepen our understanding of the spinal column and free its movement potential. We will learn how to harness the power of opposites:
Stability to increase mobility. Anchor in order to take flight. Awareness vs instinctual movement.

Open to all. Some experience with Pilates or yoga recommended.
