“The meditation sessions were so well led that I forgot to be scared of stepping into the unknown and I found an inner peace I have not known before. The Pilates sessions were beautifully structured and took into account the various aches, pains and limitations of the group and there was humour along the way. Our meals were delicious and it was obvious that a lot of love and care had gone into preparing them for us. I have come away from this retreat with a new perspective. I feel energised and more able to deal with whatever comes next. I would give it zen out of zen I will be back!”   Sarah, June 2016
