“Beautiful setting. Good food. Chilled out atmosphere. The Pilates classes were excellent! It was great

to learn more about Pilates and I loved how they progressed each day so I could feel myself getting stronger. It was lovely to be able to do Pilates outside when the sun wasn’t too strong. I really enjoyed trying the different meditation techniques and seeing what worked for each person. I loved this retreat with Sarah and Dalia! It was very relaxing, with a lovely bunch of people and a chilled out vibe.”
