“The retreat with Sarah was very well organised and took place at Witherden’s Hall, which is a comfortable, peaceful location. The food was healthy and well-prepared, and in addition they kindly catered to my dietary needs upon request. I normally practice Pilates once a week, so for me it was a pleasant and valuable change to practice it twice daily for a few days, and it was great to try different guided meditations, too. The location was perfect, with delicious, healthy food and the option of pampering treatments (including a deeply relaxing reflexology massage).
